Location is about 20-30 minute (beautiful!) drive from several cute Catskill towns and Oneonta, where our son was playing baseball. We truly unplugged in this cozy home. Highlight was sitting by a fire enjoying a delicious charcuterie board/wine (go to Good Taste Epicurian Market in Franklin!). Thanks for hosting us!"

"24 hours prior to check in (4 pm), I messaged the host to ask how we check in. No response. We had no trouble locating the property, but once there, we could not get in. The door was locked. There was no key. There was a lock box, but no code was provided. There is no cell reception at the property. We left to message the host for more info. Eventually, the host responded by sending us the address. but no acknowledgement about how to enter the cabin. We returned to the property again around 9 pm...

"Attended 2024 Cooperstown Baseball tournament at the ALLSTAR VILLAGE fields. We were happy to get away from the fields as we wanted both to be 30 mins away from fields but also peace and beauty. This is a great spot for families attending the tournament, about 30 mins away and lots to entertain younger siblings. Host Rena was great with communication and flexible with our baseball schedule and additional guest/pet needs. We would stay here again and would recommend for families attending...

"From doorstep to All Star village it took 20 min. Just enough time to get us to all games and retreat to the comfort of this sweet and cozy cabin. Deer on the lawn, tiny baby frogs nearby and the best part was the friendly cat we named Gary! So sweet. Minimal supplies in the home, but quick trip to dollar general and we stocked up. Def. A great place to be at during a long week of baseball."

"Everything from the cleanliness of the home to the hospitality and responsiveness of the host was exceptional. My family was there to attend a wedding at a local resort. Besides the wedding, we just enjoyed family time and relaxing on the porch. Had we been there longer, we would have spent time at the inviting fire pit. One of the boys spent time fishing at the nearby river. He says the biggest trout he's ever seen got away. A reason to return at a later date?!?! Anyway, the owners...
