"We (2 adults and 3 children) booked 4 nights at this place and left after the first night. It was a traumatic experience for our kids. Let me tell you why.. First off both pools were closed even if we were there in the middle of June. We never got an explanation why. We mainly booked the apartment because of the pool. Second off the whole place was so sunky and old, it even smelled old. The place had a lot of bugs and also big cockroaches. Felt so unpleasant to sleep here and our children...

"No organization at all. Going to get food from the buffet is like going to war. Restaurants à la carte are closed even if the hotel is at capacity. One restaurant “Taste of Spain” that is open serves only ONE menu every day. Not menu to choose from, just one plate. Majority of people not waiting the bracelet indicating they’re part of the all inclusive yet they’ll eating and drinking. The reception indicated that room service isn’t available, but saw multiple “friends” of the staff getting this service. It is a chaotic place. Please avoid at all cost. We go a lot to other all inclusives in Morocco, this was our worst experience ever. "

"The staff, accommodations, settings, cleanliness and communal restaurant continue to be a plus consistently as we stayed in 2013, 2014, 2022 and 2023. At times overcrowding was an issue. This last stay was marred by unacceptable construction noise on bloc 2, story 2. I had to speak to workers and at the desk that not even informing guests of this more than hour long din was just checked unacceptable. "
