"The reception was horrible, nobody gave me the right information , even when I’m trying to park my car near the hotel they refused me to park the car and the luggage service was horrible , I asked for not a far room due to my mothers age , no silverware , not food in hotel room , when i asked for water they gave me a glass not a bottle , and in the end of journey they claimed that it was against there policy to give water , the a/c didn’t work , everything was horrible , worst hotel I ever...

First off both pools were closed even if we were there in the middle of June. We never got an explanation why. We mainly booked the apartment because of the pool. Second off the whole place was so sunky and old, it even smelled old. The place had a lot of bugs and also big cockroaches. Felt so unpleasant to sleep here and our children...
