"Our accommodation was cancelled at our check in time. We had booked 6 months our and when we we're trying to confirm check in, they cancelled it and issued a refund. They wouldn't offer other accommodation as it's 24 houra out. This caused our family extreme distress and cost us financial burden. A letter of our grievance and disappointment will be following and contact with the ACCC"

"When we arrived we weren't sure about Chai T. House, but it has exceeded expectations. Chai T house is a little dated, and the open house and use of wood makes it a bit damp. The kids missed a place to unwind with some screen time. The house does have a tv, but it wasnt working. The wifi however is good and we had a laptop.The gardens are amazing and the staff work hard to maintain the gardenbeds. "Blu guesthouse is a delightful bungalow far from the maddening crowd. It is charming, clean property at the edge of Amed and amongst very friendly villagers.
