"In our 2-night stay we had no contact with anyone else at the hotel, but could hear othwr guests a little from our room. Check-in was easy with guidance sent in advance, and the room was cleaned well during the day. The accomodation was clean and comfortable, although the common areas were unlit during the day so quite dark. A small amount of shampoo and shower gel was provided, and the room had a kettle. "It was our 2nd time at the hotel . This time we brought two friends for a long weekend. We paid extra for half board . The food is always 10/10 . Choices are excellent. Breakfast is always excellent. Swimming pool, jacuzzi was amazing , came out totally relaxed . Staff are amazing, super helpful and always happy 10/10 . We stayed In a garden room . "Great hotel for families. Kids eat free, get activity packs and treats. Nice warm swimming pool, play area in the restaurant to keep them occupied & everything you could need for breakfast! We use the hotel every year to see the seals at Nearby Horsey Gap but probably spend more time in the pool!"

"A few days’ break during half term. The hotel is great for Norwich City fans, we had great fun watching the ground staff working to get the pitch ready for the next game as our room overlooked the pitch! Easy walk to the Riverside restaurants and facilities and just a hop over the road to Morrisons for a snack. Not far into the city centre either. The car parking is a little confusing on first arrival but was fine one we knew which area to use. Not sure what it would be like on a match day...
