"The Martin house was clean and the room was spacious and well decorated. I particularly liked the walk-in shower. Unfortunately, the room I chose did not have a television (but it is quite possible that others on the property do have one). I was a bit dissapointed in the breakfast. It was more of a continental breakfast and the pastry the second day was a bit stale. Other than that, my stay was enjoyable. "

"Well maintained B&B with lots of charm within walking distance to the ferry, shops, dining and the Whaling museum. Forrest and Giuseppe were lovely hosts. Room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again."

"This is our second year staying here (see my previous review from August 2023) and we loved it as much as we did last year: easy, relaxed, comfortable, great location. One thing I’d mention is that there are no smoke detectors or carbon monoxide detectors in the house (which they say in the listing, it wasn’t a surprise), so if that is something that is important to you, I would recommend bringing your own.
