"This was a wonderful stay! Quiet and secluded - but the back deck was just as big as the indoor space, if not larger. You do have to get a ride (or bike) into town - my only issue was that I forgot to pack snacks/food for myself! Other than that (which was my own issue) the stay was absolutely perfect. "

Another issue we ran into was the kitchen has ants so any food will wind up infested. A minor detail is the beds have linens so thin you will be cold. "

"Clean, easy, quiet, spacious. The place was exactly as pictured on the listing and the hostess was so easy to work with! You do have to realize it's a basement apt so there is no outdoor seating, etc... (there is a grill though) but we were at the beach and eating out most nights so it was perfect for us! "The property is very new, clean and spacious. The place was well stocked in the kitchen and they had beach chairs for use. The hosts were easily accessible and very responsive. Would recommend for a couple for a Nantucket weekend stay! I will add - a car is really required to stay here. "We had a lovely stay in Nantucket. The place was very clean and had everything you might need. Everything was very comfortable. We didn't use the second bedroom but it would be great if you had 2 kids staying with you. Having 2 bathrooms was nice. The location was good - a short walk to the Wave island shuttle service. We didn't bring a car so we also Ubered a couple times. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating and were readily available."
