Excellent customer service, no matter who you speak to or what time of day you make a request. The only minor downside is that the hotel rooms are a bit dated, and depending on where your room is, you can hear the noise from the street (mostly just people talking loudly from outside the mall or street). They also ordered an asthma machine for my son when his broke ! The front seat were amazing, waiving a few for an additional bed ! Moreover the host and waiter at the remembered our names, favorite foods and allergies! Oh my Lordy! Everyone was sooo good and so kind and helpful! I have to go back !"
