"Three nights in Double Deluxe in Building 2 ground floor. Clean, comfortable bed,good amenities, no insects or reptiles, fast reliable WiFi. Quiet at night. This is an intensely built up area with access thru a narrow residential lane. I felt like part of the neighborhood which was pleasant. On check in day, Staff sent a 1 minute YouTube video via WhatsApp showing how to get to the unit from the ferry docks. Ten minutes walk on level ground right by the famous temple. "We had a wonderful stay with our three children in the two bedroom harbour view room. The room was lovely and clean and the hotel facilities such as the pool were great. When we arrived at the room the bunk beds were much too high for our older kids (3 and 5) so we had to put them in the queen bed and the adults used the bunk beds. Not a fault with the hotel but something to be aware of if you have young children. We also found the floor got really messy quickly so a hand vacuum or small brush...
