"Family trip to India from USA. 2 rooms, 2 people per room. Husband/Wife, 2 sons. Pool was nice, breakfast did NOT have enough Options for Western Travelors, we like BLACK Coffee, BEEF, Bigger Omelettes, more Pinaple and Watermelon. The rooms did not have chairs, we needed a Desk with a Chair to do business. No Lift for the upstairs rooms, no Ventilation in the upper room hallways. "Hotel is good and food is excellent. However, commuting is a problem to and from this place. A lot of scam by the taxi; drivers bargain the agreed price at the last moment because of which we had to cancel our program of the day. This was annoying and frustrating to a tourist. Unless one has a private vehicle, it’s useless coming to Goa; otherwise staying inside the hotel is the only option for you."

"We had a fantastic time here. The rooms are excellent, comfortable beds with good showers. Beds are cleaned daily which was a nice surprise, cleanliness was a big plus point of this hotel. "Incredible hotel! Staff were amazing and I would particularly note how amazing the two onsite restaurants are! The only area which could be slightly improved are the buffet breakfasts as the western options weren’t the best in terms of how they were cooked (the eggs for example). This wasn’t enough to move it down from 5 stars however given almost everything else was perfect! I would also mention the cocktails which were amazing!"

"Booked reservation with breakfast buffet included. However, had to pay extra for the breakfast at the property. The staff did not validate my Expedia reservation that included breakfast buffet. Nothing comes complimentary with this property, charged more than half of per nights rate to check in early even though they had rooms available/ ready to check in. The air conditioning is centrally regulated it seems as cutting off in the middle of the night and cannot be turned on using the remote."
