"Let’s start with I checked in walked into the apartment to it smelling like sewage so I text the host she requested I call her. She then accused me of not locking the lock box with all the entry keys. I then went downstairs to find a tenant with all the keys in his hand. The host never did anything about the horrible smell she told me it was because they just turned the heat on for the first time and to open the window to air it out. The drywall had water damage and no curtain in shower window...
