"An ideal location for our stay in Victoria. Close to abundant shopping in nearby Langford and fairly easy to get into Victoria or noth towards Sooke. Only negative (for us in Feb) was a lack of cable TV. We were unable to watch the national news or a hockey game. We'd be interested in staying again in the future."

"We stayed here for a work retreat so we didn't fully use all of the amenities. Nonetheless, it was a beautiful place to be.The directions were clear to get to the house. The road off the highway has barely any street lights. So when it rains, drive slower as it is really dark and somewhat windy.The house was fully stocked and then some. The hosts provided a lot of extras (especially the kitchen) that weren't in the listing so in some ways, we overpacked. Next time, we'll make sure to email first and ask. Otherwise, it is a very roomy, yet cozy house. It can get a little noisy with the footsteps and pets from upstairs. It was fine for us but if you are a light sleeper, be prepared. That's about the only thing we can think of that could be an issue. Otherwise, the house is perfect. We would love to come back in the future."
