"Perfect for our visit. In the area for a wedding and it really filled the bill for my wife, myself, our son and daughter and our young granddaughter. Co-op store across the street. Coffee and bakery 50 feet away. Pub with meal service 500 feet up the lane. Comfortable, large, well equipped, and charming. Will stay again at the next opportunity. Great communication with the owner and easy access to the property. "

"What a wonderful home to stay in. This is just the most cozy, warm, cottage imaginable. It lacks for nothing. The house is on a lovely farm with great walking areas. Pete and Bev are superb hosts, and were happy to offer whatever we might need, while not being at all intrusive. We visit family in Dorset often, and shall definitely hope to stay in this delightful spot again. We cannot think of anything negative to mention!"

"Most beautiful country home to stay in. Very cozy and warm. Hosts were very nice and we enjoyed our chats with them. It’s a working farm and my husband coming from the farm really enjoyed that. Our best stay here in Wales or Britain as we are here for 6 weeks in all. Very nice walks on the road and the villages were beautiful. Very quiet stay as well and the bed was excellent. "We normally stay in the middle of nowhere, so this was a change for us to be in a town setting. Sherborne is a really lovely and vibrant town, with interesting buildings. The cottage was very cosy and clean, very comfy beds,it had everything we needed, we could hear the Abbey bells which was lovely, it's just round the corner."

"A cosy base with all we needed for a lovely stay in a lovely area. A nice welcome package of flowers, drinks and biscuits, along with a few extras - cooking oil and tea bags. Impressed with the kitchen area, which was well stocked with equipment to enable easy self catering. Denise was a very thoughtful host, willing to respond quickly to questions. One point to note - we didn't want one, but there isn't a hot tub!"
