This cabin was just adorable and perfect for us and our two young grandchildren. The location is very convenient to Marrienville for access to stores and some nice restaurants (Bettina’s italian was great!). It ia about a 15 drive to the state park, so really close. "Stayed here this weekend with my friends for 3 nights and it was so peaceful and a nice break! The hot tub was definitely a highlight as it was super warm and clean. We even had a slight issue with the bathroom and the owner was very helpful and responded quickly :) Overall a wonderful place to stay and we will be back ! "

"Initially I was feeling disappointed because this cabin backs up to the road and there is a big white house across the street so it didn't feel as woodsy as i hoped, but it was actually a very quiet road and we enjoyed having a camp fire in the yard. The cabin was not unlocked but Brittany came right over and let us in.over and let us in. "

"This property was perfect! We went for groundhog day since we couldnt find a place closer. It was a great house that had good amenities and was well stocked. The property was beautiful as well all though it was cold so we didnt get to explore too much. Would definitely reccomend this house!"

"We had a mostly positive stay at the this cabin. The cabin is small, cozy and seems recently built. When arriving we did not have a comforter on our bed but the owner was able to bring one within a few hours. The backyard was big and the axe throwing and firepit look like a great time, but we got unlucky with a snow/rain storm during our stay. The cabin was pretty clean except for some hair in the shower and a cigarette butt on a window sill. The shower is big and has dispensers for soap but...

"We loved our weekend in the woods at Hemlock Haven. We had a lot of trouble finding the place as our GPS wouldn't recognize the address and it's not visible from the road. The gate threw us off as well because we weren't looking for a gated driveway, (and it was labeled a different number than the cabins address). I noticed this in others comments also, a simple fix would be a message before arrival included w the welcome/renters agreement messaging. Once we found it, we loved its location!...

"Wow. Just. Wow! We were looking for a weekend getaway. This place was perfect in every aspect. It was totally clean, the bed was comfy, and the hot tub was amazing. We were also close enough to many hiking options, which made it an ideal location. We will definitely rent this place again."
