"Nice roadside property in Panchgani. Good spacious room with all amenities like spa, saloon, playing area, and kids play area. They have beautiful garden and valley viewing points. You don’t need to go outside to any other valley viewing points. Restaurant food is also good with valley-facing seating. Overall, nice stay experience and value for money. My only suggestion to them is to replace the old AC’s in the premium deluxe rooms, which make noise in this quite serene environment. If anyone is booking valley-viewing rooms here, please make sure you call the property and check about the same, as all rooms are not valley-facing. "

I booked Casurina Resort Park, Bhor, Maharashtra for 3 nights as a gift for our 2nd Wedding Anniversary. I was charged for the entire stay. My wife and I drove 2 hours from Pune Maharashtra to the resort. At the gate, we were not allowed to enter the resort premises. After persuading the guard and showing him the receipt on my phone, he reluctantly let us in. At the reception, we were shocked to know when the manager said that they are not listed on Hotels.com. I spoke with Casurina Resorts corporate office in Pune and was told the same. I contacted hotels.com support and they were also not able to get in touch with the person / company who listed the property on hotels.com. I was told that they could not issue a refund but I will get a call back from the Hotels.com reservations team, which I have not received as of today. I am frustrated and quite honestly not sure what to do in order to get a refund. Did not expect this from the likes of hotels.com/expedia and Vrbo."

"We had a lovely comfortable stay. The Arabian villa comprises of 2 large villas and cottage rooms. We stayed in family room in a cottage for 4 persons. The villa is for larger groups of 15+ people. Our room was spacious and clean. The swimming pool was also nice but the water was not very clear. Tea/coffee amenities in room could be improved. The breakfast was great and all staff polite. The local host Rahil was very cooperative and helpful. We had booked our stay few hours before arrival and we were little apprehensive if hotels.com had communicated to the owner as we had a prior bad experience. But this time it was good, a few minutes delayed but fine. We could checkout late and that was great. Overall we had a good stay. The information needs to be corrected at Hotels.com which does not inform about cottage rooms and mentions the whole villa is available for use. "

"Pricey but worth every penny ! Great facilities for kids, thoroughly enjoyable for adults too. For western food, be cautious as it is still spicy for many! "
