"It was one of the bests stays for us in India. The entire hotel is managed very well and the staff are all courteous. Food in Coriandar restaurant was amazing , shout out to the entire serving staff .. especially the chef Gouranga Mitra and the server Kenneth. They went above and beyond. Overall , the house keeping staff , front desk , bell boys , staff at the hotel entrance … all did an excellent job to provide me and wife with a great experience. Thank you everyone !"

"The Ritz is a great hotel and the Executive lounge really needs to improve on staff and the variety and range of snacks. Also the prior resevation of seats is not acceptable if each guest is not informed. My suite was great and the cleaning staff where excellent . "

"This was my second time staying at this hotel and the front desk staff and concierge service is excellent. The bed was incredibly soft and other people on the trip said the same thing about the bed. The breakfast buffet was over the top good. The service at the bar on the property was the only thing that was off, everything else was excellent. "

"We stayed for 2 nights and overall it was a good stay. I noticed some stairs have tiles coming off when walking to breakfast, needs some fixing. Also, we had booked 'Lavender Deluxe' room but we upgraded our room to Maple wing because our room was dull and not the same as it looked in the pictures. "Your staff is excellent. I want to recognize some of your exemplary employees. Nikita and Lili at the front desk were superb. I travel around the world and Bapu is one of the best drivers that I have ever had, he was simply outstanding. Panday and Prashant at the front door were excellent. Suresh, the housekeeper was very good. And the wait staff and manager at the outdoor dining area on the rooftop were all very good. Thank you, your hotel made Pune my favorite city in India."

HOTEL IS NOT LISTED BY ORIGINAL OWNER - LOST MONEY

"THIS LISTING IS NOT BY THE ORIGINAL OWNER. STAY AWAY, THIS IS A FRAUD LISTING. NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE ORIGINAL OWNER OR THE PROPERTY. I am not sure how this passed the Hotels.com scrutiny. I booked Casurina Resort Park, Bhor, Maharashtra for 3 nights as a gift for our 2nd Wedding Anniversary. I was charged for the entire stay. My wife and I drove 2 hours from Pune Maharashtra to the resort. At the gate, we were not allowed to enter the resort premises. After persuading the guard and showing him the receipt on my phone, he reluctantly let us in. At the reception, we were shocked to know when the manager said that they are not listed on Hotels.com. I spoke with Casurina Resorts corporate office in Pune and was told the same. I contacted hotels.com support and they were also not able to get in touch with the person / company who listed the property on hotels.com. I was told that they could not issue a refund but I will get a call back from the Hotels.com reservations team, which I have not received as of today. I am frustrated and quite honestly not sure what to do in order to get a refund. Did not expect this from the likes of hotels.com/expedia and Vrbo."

Comfortable stay

"We had a lovely comfortable stay. The Arabian villa comprises of 2 large villas and cottage rooms. We stayed in family room in a cottage for 4 persons. The villa is for larger groups of 15+ people. Our room was spacious and clean. The swimming pool was also nice but the water was not very clear. Tea/coffee amenities in room could be improved. The breakfast was great and all staff polite. The local host Rahil was very cooperative and helpful. We had booked our stay few hours before arrival and we were little apprehensive if hotels.com had communicated to the owner as we had a prior bad experience. But this time it was good, a few minutes delayed but fine. We could checkout late and that was great. Overall we had a good stay. The information needs to be corrected at Hotels.com which does not inform about cottage rooms and mentions the whole villa is available for use. "
