The booking system for the private onsen is based on first come first serve, no reservation ahead so you have to keep calling front desk to check for availability....that needs to be changed. "Close to bus station. Close to stone steps. Older hotel but staff was very nice. Near steep hill, so I walked about 50 yards to ask staff at driveway if this was the hotel I was looking for. Then he ran up the hill to help us with our bags. I was very pleased."
