The booking system for the private onsen is based on first come first serve, no reservation ahead so you have to keep calling front desk to check for availability....that needs to be changed. Other than that, I'd recommend it to those who enjoy traditional Japanese Ryokan."

The food served during dinner were fantastic. We had their dinner 2 nights in a row and my family agreed that this has to be one of the best meals we have had in Japan hotel so far in this trip.
