Had an issue with the name change of the hotel and ending up at the wrong branch (hotel owner has two establishments) but was recitified and tranferred to the correct one. Keep your payment references as I was asked by three seperate members of staff about payment that had been made online previously."

"Coming back from a beutifull 15 days at Villa Soleil. I can not say enough praise for all the team at the villa that made our holiday worthwhile. Everything was spot on and the made us truly feel at home. Communication with Wolfgang as the owner was also great, nothing was too much a problem and arranged also a fantastic safari stay. We already miss the place and will keep it foundly in our hearts. Asante Sana!"
