Unfortunately I was unable to get the radiator to heat properly the thermostat was on 5 but only warm to the touch, the pipe leading to the radiator was very hot, but the rooms temperature was OK. "Had an excellent 4 night stay at the West Cliff. The room was clean and spacious, with a very comfy bed. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great - plenty of choice. The Spa are downstairs was also very good. Would definitely stay here again."

The location of the Hotel is great for Shaftesbury town, a 12 minute walk takes you to the centre. We really liked it. We didn’t use the pool but it looks nice, although it seemed to be constantly used by locals mainly. Overall very happy "
