"From start to finish, this was a great stay. I was picked up from the airport by the hotel's limousine service. Check-in was quick and seamless. The room was incredibly clean. Daily housekeeping was amazing, friendly, and they did a great job. Check-out was also quick and seamless and I received a ride back to the airport. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this property again."

"Nice overnight stay hotel bec of free shuttle to airport. The corridors are old but the room is newly renovated good size. The bed was too soft for me but acceptable. Staff friendly n nice esp the shuttle bus drivers. They were helpful! "

"Our stay at Cosmos Hotel Taipei from April 13th to 17th, 2025 was yet another wonderful experience, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Miss Tian Xiao Lan (Room Attendant for Room 815) and the entire team. Miss Tian’s attention to detail, warm hospitality, and dedication to ensuring our room was always immaculate made our stay truly comfortable. Her kindness and professionalism reflect the high standards of service at Cosmos Hotel. This was our third stay at the hotel, and as always, the entire team—from the front office, bell hop, housekeeping, and the 17 Café staff —made us feel warmly welcomed.
