"So glad we went with this hotel for our Cairo trip! This is the best marriott hotel i’ve ever been to. Location is next to pyramid with fantastic views, rooms were clean, service impeccable. Resturant 139 had great breakfast and dinner buffet."

"Bed was really comfy, soft and cosy, probably better than my own! Shower was a walk-in, powerful rain-head shower. Fridge in room. I did book a standard room but they upgraded us to a better room. Restaurants are good, cheap fare - we ate at the Italian and the casual restaurant. Pizza, carbonara, steak sandwich and ham & cheese toastie all recommended - all of which were only a few hundred EGY each - like £4/$5 - for a massive main course portion. Maybe £2.50 for a big bottle of local Stella. They have posher restaurants as well, but didn't try those. Airport shuttle is free and runs every half hour. We got it form the hotel to the terminal (5 mins journey), can't comment on how to go the other way. As a great airport hotel I would stay here every time. Worth it especially for a night without a traffic nightmare drive from downtown Cairo at stupid o'clock in the morning. "

"The rooms were nice and staff very helpful, really doing their outmost. Breakfast at rooftop in a chilly morning with the pyramids and sphinx right before your eyes was a fine experience. I can highly recommend the guided tours they offered. We had a full day for two with guide and driver both in the pyramid area and Cairo which gave us two amazing days with Amina (fantastic!). "

"The hotel was in excellent location of the Cairo International Airport. You can walk to the airport from the hotel without stepping outside. The best part was the China Red Restaurant! The food was amazing and every single employee at the restaurant was friendly yet professional! "
