"All the staff were incredible particularly Habiba, Front Desk Manager,who gets a Gold Star for Service, Mosehli, Manager, and Khamis who handled our bags and showed us the property upon arrival and was very helpful at our departure. Saner and Nancy in the evening Front Desk were very helpful. Helal from Housekeeping as well as Mohammad. Ibrahim and Ms. Amal from Breakfast were also very helpful. We had an incredible stay at an incredible historic hotel. "

"We stayed at this hotel in Feb. 2025. The view of the Giza pyramids from the hotel’s terrace is priceless. The pyramids evening light and sound show entrance is just across the street, steps from the hotel. Night life isn’t very lively around this area however, the view of the pyramids was the main reason for our stay here. If that’s what you look for then this is the best place around Giza, highly recommended!"

"The staff were amazing and the room was clean and refreshed each day. There is a restaurant as part of the complex that offers a view of the pyramids and a small pool. Whilst the surrounding area offers little it is still only a ten min walk to the pyramids and the hotel courtyard is beautiful. "

"Staff is impeccable, they go above and beyond to satisfy your needs. Unfortunately there was just one complaint. The shower and hot tub did not have sufficient hot water. Considering the money spent it was a bummer. The pyramid view was definitely unforgettable and that’s what you truly pay for. It’s close to many attractions. Not many dinning options in the area that was up to standard. But they are at least three restaurants near by that offer good food. It can get pretty noisy as well during...
