"The house is extremely comfortable, with good-sized bedrooms, comfortable seating, and a well-stocked kitchen. The hosts are friendly and very responsive. The house is located in a wooded area close to Itasca State Park and Park Rapids -- a wonderful location. The only suggestion our group has was that the hosts remove the plug-in fragrances throughout the house before guests arrive since some people have fragrance sensitivities (we unplugged them and that took care of the issue). We found it to be nice and clean and appointed with pretty much everything you might need. TV worked well, the bed was pretty comfortable with nice linens and everything worked as it should.
