"By looking at the property you would think it’s just okay of a place, nothing fancy but the first time I stayed here because of the cost, very reasonable$$$. The rooms are renovated, super nice inside, very clean and the beds are very comfortable!! Day 1, they sent us to a room with extremely soiled floor-stains, gum, food, dust, etc. We complained and the moved us to better room. "Lovely home on the lake with all the amenities. We enjoyed relaxing at the fire pit, going kayaking, and spending time down at the picnic table by the lake. The location is ideal: Publix grocery store as well as several restaurants are located a mile or so away. Greg was very friendly and communicative. We look forward to staying here again. "
