"After reading the other reviews, we booked this cottage and boy did it deliver! Amazing views, a hammock, firepit, and a perfect sun porch for reading, that we will return to enjoy in warmer weather. Inside, everything has been thought of and we wanted for nothing. We enjoyed being able to bring our dog, as well. Julie was attentive and quick to respond to any inquiries we had. You will not be disappointed so book it already!pup"

"We had a great time staying here for my wife’s birthday. Tons of space: huge main room with 3 fold down futons, one bedroom with a bed and a second bedroom with an additional 2 beds. Wrap around porch with picnic table is nice. Really nice covered outdoor fire area with a grill and a ton of fire wood. Barn has tons of space. "

"Ethan’s place truly lived up to the expectations created by the listing. Except the food and drink, everything you need for a stay of any duration is provided to make it as enjoyable as possible.Our only concern during the visit was caused by the design of the second floor. While the first floor is heated by modern thin-finned radiator baseboards, the upstairs uses a forced air system. "I spent 3 October nights with my family including two kids, age 11 and 14. The leaves were beautiful and it was a very peaceful stay. We ate most meals in the house which had everything we needed in the kitchen. Bedrooms were comfortable. Great access to the lake where we were able to enjoy the northern lights. Cute enclosed porch where I could enjoy my morning coffee or a glass of wine at night. Would definitely stay again. "

"Was perfect, except for breakfast with few options and no one restocking (e.g., half and half gone for coffee). Nothing close to nutritious. Otherwise, hotel was very, very nice."
