"Ethan’s place truly lived up to the expectations created by the listing. Except the food and drink, everything you need for a stay of any duration is provided to make it as enjoyable as possible.Our only concern during the visit was caused by the design of the second floor. While the first floor is heated by modern thin-finned radiator baseboards, the upstairs uses a forced air system. "My family and I enjoyed our weekend stay. The owner was very responsive to all communication and was very nice to let us do a late check out. The house was plenty big enough for 4 adults, a child and two small dogs. Its in a great location central to everything in Erie. The house was clean upon our arrival and remodled very nice. For the nightly weekend rate it was more than resonable. My only complant would be that the outside stairs were covered in ice when we arrived. I know ice has been bad...
