"We were in the area, from the USA to visit the falls for the first time. The home has great space with the main living area upstairs and the lower/entry area has an additional living room space and bedroom/bathroom plus laundry. Great stay, but be prepared for the slope of driveway and entry stairs (no handrail). Interior stairs are steep as well. Challenging for me due to knee issues, but I managed. We did find that there were a lot of stains on all the upholstered furniture and on some curtains and walls as well. Also in the rules for the hot tub it was explained that no glass was to be around or in the hot tub (totally understandable) however there were no plastic cup options in the cupboards, we had brought some solo cups to enjoy beverages from but it would have been nice to not have to bring...

"Quaint, quiet area and had all we needed. Great communication with staff. The only downfall is that it isn’t central AC but a portable AC unit which didn’t reach the bedrooms. Fans were there tho. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will most like rebook again. "

"Overall a nice place. A little perturbed by all the pest prevention devices throughout the home (didn’t see any mice though so that’s a good thing). Some long white dog hair found throughout as well which was off putting. Despite this the view was nice and the space was great."

It is literally right on the water, so you can walk right into the lake (just don't forget water shoes). But when you don't want to be in the lake, there are several little places you can relax.
