"We stayed over the Christmas period with all of the family and the house was just perfect. Sarah and Kim were there to greet us and made us feel very welcome. The house was decorated for Christmas and was absolutely spotless and very comfortable. The house had everything we needed, a formal room where we could all be together and also lots of cosy snugs. The grounds were also well kept and we enjoyed walking around the garden. Would highly recommend the house to anybody wishing to find somewhere...

"Beautiful and peaceful property tucked away in the hills on the edge of a town with hundreds of years of history. An hour from London or less. Clean and comfortable living and kitchen area, comfy beds, great showers. Friendly hosts who are available if needed. We very much enjoyed our stay there and the wildlife, and the great play area with swings for children."

Wonderful array of breakfast goods, with cereal, bread and jams etc. Lots of choices of coffees and teas, couldn’t ask for more. Thoroughly enjoyed our two nights in the peace and quiet, thank you"

"Host cancelled my stay 3 hrs before due to arrive, claiming I wasn't happy with house rules. Nowhere did it state check in details would not be provided until 2 hours before arrival time. In fact when speaking on the phone, they didnt reply to text messages, they said they would provide details 24hous before check in. Of course no check in details were provided. When calling 5 hours before they said 2 hours before. Called customer services, started off well but after 45 mins, mostly on hold,...
