"My flight was delayed and I didn't arrive until 1 am. The shuttle was there and waiting for me. The gal driver was very sweet and when we arrived at the hotel, the front desk clerk had my keys ready to go. Great service!!"

"Pretty good experience overall. Friendly staff and good service. Buildings are a little worn but function fine. Make sure to read check-in instructions before leaving home because you likely won’t have cell service here. Internet works well once you’ve checked in."

"The site is beautiful but the level of service is very low. We learnt only a few days before checking in that we could not stay 3 nights but only 2 although we had made a reservation through Expedia several weeks before... We were also very disappointed that horse riding was almost not possible, and that the swimming pool was available only a few hours a day. The same dinner was served two days in a row. There is not even a laundry service on site. All of this is very disappointing regarding...

"Only issue we had was not enough hot water for 2 showers. Would definitely recommend! "

"I did not appreciate the parking. Unless you were handicapped or a "diamond member" I had to park quite aways from the door. There were ten to twelve spots for diamond members close to the main door that were unoccupied for the 3 days and 2 nights we stayed."
