"I stayed for one night and check in was without any issue, the staff were very friendly and I got straight to my room. Later on the staff allowed me to move my motorcycle out of view from the road and bring it into the court yard which was appreciated. The rooms are a little dated, but everything worked. Most importantly the room was very clean, with decent towels, bedding and facilities. Mine (Tiger Moth) had a walk in shower, toilet and sink in the bathroom and then a double bed, TV and furniture with tea/coffee making facilities in the main room. The bed was very comfortable. The rooms are named after military aircraft, probably due to the IWM Duxford being down the road. The breakfast the next day was spot on, a full English cooked breakfast with tea/coffee and cereals. For the price I certainly cannot fault it! "

Come here for a relaxing stay and a great meal. Very friendly and accommodating. The grounds are perfect for a vacation wedding or gathering. Well worth the trip!"

"We had an absolutely lovely stay at Orchard House. Tiggy and Pete were very welcoming and very tolerant of the five of us in our 20s getting ready for a wedding reception! We stayed in the family room which was lovely and light with plenty of skylights. The little touches like biscuits and chocolates really made us feel welcome. The beds were super comfortable and we slept very well! It was great to have the mezzanine as well to extend the space. Nice quiet street as well and easy to get to the station or shops!"

"I didn't receive any instructions for self check in until I called the letting agent. The property is dark and dingy. It smelled damp and was cluttered with unnecessary furniture (large sofa foot stool, 4 armchairs, 4chairs, fridge freezer & non working fridge, for a double room). The decor is very worn with signs of damage. The carpets are stained. The external area was very overgrown with weeds. The TV remote didn't work and there was no TV ariel connected. The undercounter lights flashed on an off at random. When I checked under the bed before leaving I found clumps of dust, showing it hadn't been vacuumed for some time. Parking was extremely tight for my car with only one space for 2 rooms. On my last night I was unable to park in the allocated space."

"This was the 2nd time we have stayed at Little Barn. For ourselves this is a great place for the few night stays, to visit our daughter and partner in Cambridge. Verity is a great host, the fridge has all the essential items, plus some thought-out extras. All round excellent stay."
