When I arrived they couldn't find my reservation. It was around midnight and I was really tired and wanted to check in asap but needed to wait about an hour for them to find my booking. The shower leaked so after every shower there was a big pool of water on the bathroom floor which was very annoying. The toilet didn't flush. It's also really difficult to find. There needs to be some more signage outside. Also there isn't the hotel's name written in English anywhere. Expedia should list the Chinese name too so we have something to look for when wandering the streets trying to find it.
