"Though we waited pretty long for check in, reception staff were kind and helpful in explaining to us and making sure we were comfortable while waiting. "Just an observation/recommendation for the customers that are at Shenzhen for the first time without internet access. It would be helpful to have printed information of buses around the area and places to shop close to the Hotel in English. We were fortunate to have friends living close by to help us with sims cards and moving us around. The free internet sucks and couldn't connect from the room, also the A/C wasn't cooling enouph at night. Other than that everything was perfect, thanks!"

"I had stayed here several times before renovation which they apparently did during the pandemic. The categories of rooms have changed so I am not sure of the comparison but basically everything seems a bit upgraded; cleaner, with more modern fixtures and functioning better.
