"Wanted a large home for extended family to stay for son's wedding at a winery down the road. Venue was amazing! We hosted the wedding rehearsal dinner there for approx 40 people. Tons of space to set up the buffet in the large dining room. Cindy set up tables for us in the main hall. It was perfect! Cindy was always available to help and answer any questions. This would be a great place to gather the family, a fun couples weekend getaway, a wedding venue... Thanks again Cindy for sharing this...

"Group of 7 of us stayed for an business strategy and planning retreat. The house is spacious with many comfortable rooms and three really nice group gathering areas. From housing perspective, it was perfect for us and we never felt tight or cramped. Access to Old Rag parking was 10-12 minutes, and maybe 25 minutes to Shenandoah Nat Park Entrance, but easy. 15 minutes to Sperryville. This is is country. "We needed a place close to the hiking trail we were going to do that could sleep our whole group, and this was close. Unfortunately the trails were closed due to wild fires a couple nights before our stay. Because of the late notice, we couldn't cancel our stay. "Our family traveled from NJ and NC to enjoy time together during Thanksgiving. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect home, host and location for our gathering. The house was immaculate and well stocked with everything you could possibly need while away. The host, Caleb, was very responsive and clear in his instructions. The teens all enjoyed the game room, outdoor space and hot tub, which was refilled and balanced just before our arrival. Would highly recommend!"

"Such a nice getaway and so very cozy. We spent the weekend here as a getaway following our wedding. It was a quiet area and the layout was great for me with mobility issues and the yard is incredible and a great place for dogs, we had our service animals with us and the amenities they provided for dogs were great too. We will definitely try to stay again."
