"Check in was great, easy, and very informative; I forget the name of the girl who helped us. The server in the skybar was awesome and friendly, she offered a great customer service. Not so happy with the bartender; blond, fit guy with a beard. Earlier I had a few drinks at the bar and, for some reason, he decide to include the service fee to my check although I was only one person; I understand you usually add this to bigger parties. Maybe because I shared I was from another country, not sure I still left more a little more tips on top of what he added. Our server Erin for breakfast was awesome, very helpful, friendly, and efficient. I hope this is helpful; this is my third time in this hotel and I always have a good time. "

"We stayed for a few nights to get away for the weekend. It was a good experience, everyone at the property was nice. Everything was great and the outdoors was beautiful. Will definitely be back again for the warmer months! "
