"We had a major problem in that the refrigerator did not work. We contacted Vacasa and they were not able to send a repair person at all. On Sunday afternoon they brought 2 bags of ice. We had 4 children, including a 9 month old infant. So refrigeration was REALLY important or us. We managed the situation with ice and coolers but it was not convenient!! The air conditioning would not cool below 75 degrees, even at night. We used the fans but were not as comfortable as we would have liked. I think...
