"Rating should be 3.5 stars. 4 adult middle aged males stayed at this Ferndale apartment. We spent the weekend at the Detroit curling club and only slept here. So It meant our needs. When we arrived there was no power to the back bedrooms and 4 or 5 space heaters were spread around the apartment. So clearly a regular furnace was not working. After 10 mins of exploring. We figured out the back bedroom space heater was tripping out power to bedrooms. That was annoying. I view a vrbo rental...

"The property is located in a residential area and the accommodations look just like the photos online Great communication with owner it as chilly but I figured out the electric fireplace and it was very cosy I would recommend "

"This place is awesome. There is plenty of room, the process was easy to check in and the communication qas great. Easto get anywhere in town and 5 minutes from Pine Knob. I loved it! It is close to the main road, so bring some kind of noise machine if you have trouble sleeping witghnoises.y "
