"This property clearly has somebody who lives there when it's not rented out and minimal preparations are done to accommodate the guests as far as the resident putting their stuff away. The house is in need of repair and has several items that are not operational or broken. The whole house smells dank like mildew or mold. "Weekend Family stay for wedding at Spinning Leaf Vineyards. The property was immaculate, The owners were very friendly and helpful. This location is close to the heart of downtown Shelby, NC.
