"Our third time staying here. It’s a fair room with all you need but no luxuries. Close to Mt Snow (20min) and restaurants (walking). The staff is responsive via text but there’s no traditional front desk. Downside is the noise from other rooms or downstairs (pizza place/bar) when they have an event or something. As an improvement, it’d be great to have a fridge upstairs for guests."

"Great property with great view, cute suite with everything we needed for a short stay while getting our daughter settled back in at Amherst College. Enjoyed a nice dinner nearby at Blue Rock Shelburne Falls, a little shopping and coffee at Mocha mayas and Shelburne Falls Coffee Roasters. My husband did a little fly fishing just off the property in the Deerfield River. Thank you!"

"We loved the property! Our family, which included 2 very young grandchildren all felt comfortable in this historic home with 2 modern bathrooms. I loved the open kitchen and family rooms, and the original wide plank floors. Plus, we were happy to find toys to entertain the 3 year old. The owners were very gracious and responsive. "Easy check in, very clean and well stocked with everything needed. I was visiting my daughter at UMass who had to have knee surgery. There was lots of space for her to get around. It was also close to the University which was important for us as well."
