"We had a nice stay here! The kids LOVED the pond with zip line and kayaks/canoe. The hot tub, massage chair, and game room were also big hits. The host responded quickly anytime contacted. Be aware that the driveway is a very long gravel path, but if you’re expecting it, no problem. Weren’t sure if we were in the right place at first! Haha. Also, know that there are no TVs by design. "We had a family gathering for a memorial service. 10 adults and newborn twins gathered comfortably. The house was very clean and comfortable with extra amenities around like snacks, water, toiletries and fully stocked kitchen. Thank you for a perfect house and location!"

"Rented this property for our family reunion which included 17 adults and 5 kids for a long weekend. It was the perfect rental for such an event. It was very clean and clearly maintained well. We had plenty of space for sleeping. The activity room was perfect for all ages. The house had extras that helped made this so perfect for our family, such as extra foldable tables, chairs and kitchen supplies. Highly recommend this space for a large family wanting some outdoor space."

"Great place! Don’t mind the many creaks; she just has a lot to say! Lots of steps too so just be aware if that’s not your thing. We had a great time and it was perfect for us. Super clean and conveniently located to all the places we wanted to visit (Shady Maple, Lancaster, Reading, Strasberg Railroad)."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Manor so much. There were 5 adults and 2 children in our group. The weather put a damper on our visit but we were still able to enjoy the peace and the views around the home. The kids had their pony rides and we were able to meet all the horses they have saved. The home is beautiful and well kept. Communication with the owner was SO easy and helpful. Highly recommend!"

"We loved every aspect of this home. We come from a city with lots of noise and were pleasantly surprised that even though the home is close to the road, there is not a lot of traffic. Pro’s : the bed was the best sleep we have had in years! The porch, the fire pit, the big shower, smart tv, basic kitchen ware(bring tinfoil), kuerig & coffee pods, the light from the windows, the a/c, all wonderful. The Con’s: black walnuts. Not really a complaint but it’s almost autumn and they were falling....
