"The location is ideal for visiting Harrogate, only a short walk into the city. We were at a conference in Harrogate so were out all day but retuning to this house was perfect. We loved the hotel touches such as fresh clean towels and toiletries! The interior was styled so lovely and bright, and it was great to have a supply of tea and coffee in the cupboard for when we arrived. "This was just perfect! The house was well stocked including the kitchen and the location could not have been better. It was so lovely just to walk through the church yard to the pub for dinner. I would highly recommend and we will def. be back!!"

"We informed Host and Stay the day we arrived the toilet down stairs was not working. We called them each day we were there to get resolution. They came to look at the toilet the next day in the afternoon and yet they did not fix the toilet. They made no attempt the remaining 2 days we were there. When we left 2 days later, the toilet had not been fixed. Host and Stay has been non-responsive as to offering us a refund."

"Beautiful place, and location"

"Positives: The house was large with nice grounds. There was a nice walk to the local pub. The bedrooms overall were nice. Technical issues: • The hot tub kept tripping the fuseboard. So we missed out on the tub on the Friday night. • A few more dishwashing tablets would have been helpful, as would bin bags • The outside staircase up to the building had large spaces between the bars, which is dangerous for small kids. We suggest a simple wire in the middle of these to ensure kids don’t fall...

"We absolutely love this place been a few times now and every time is spot on perfect (wish we had some sugar and tea bags and milk for the room but will remember next time) brilliant as a dog friendly place, our pup loved it! All facilities and room were perfect for what we needed for the night thank you so much for our day and night I’m sure we will be back soon. "
