There two restaurants there, one western styke with all the crappy food we already ties of back In Canada. We left and foubd there is another Chinese one on thebotber side. The Chinese one was a steal! Awesome! They hsve big swimmibg pool, bit it was closed all the time😥 i came to fitness room at 6 am as the sign suggested, it was closed and took 20 mins to get a staff member open it.

整體上整潔度是很不錯的　美中不足的地方有　 １）浴室裡浴缸旁的花灑　可能是少用吧？或者清潔人員沒留意　我一開浴缸旁的花灑竟然是流出一堆髒水　可見很少用到浴缸旁的花灑　但是清潔人員起碼該留意一下　 ２）浴缸塞塞不了　水一直流走　無法泡澡　 ３）吹風機插座不能通電　必須得把吹風機拿到其他插座來吹頭髮 4) 隔音有點差　隔壁做害羞的事都聽得到　XD 早餐不錯有多種選擇　讚！ 前台服務人員態度佳　讚！ 健身房＆游泳池不錯！ 周邊商場確實是冷清　不會想去逛的 XD

如果走投無路再來住這間吧
這是我第二次入住這間酒店 附近也沒有其他選擇了 我寧可下次住到更遠一些的國際連鎖酒店品牌 1.房間打掃落實得非常不徹底 : 我預定的是行政套房，但是客廳的桌子底下還有之前房客留下的拖鞋，還有一堆餅乾屑，有夠噁心，客廳的沙發也都是臭味 2. 浴室的熱水不穩定: 洗澡的水就是忽冷忽熱的 3.房間的冷氣跟客廳的冷氣很極端: 房間冷氣根本不冷 熱死了

ディテールが甘い印象でした
印象は豪華ですがディテールが甘い印象でした。部屋の隅が汚れていたり、壁が剥がれかけていました。朝食にでたフランスパンのフレンチトースト？はナイフも刺さらないほど硬くとてもその日に調理されたものとは思えませんでした。しかし一階の中華料理店は清潔で美味しかったです。

Nice hotel in suburban Shanghai
The room was OK, but nowhere near a 5-star level. Staff was fine because I spoke Chinese language. Hotel restaurant ( Chinese food ) was also good, but they didn't serve alcoholic beverages.

Spacious suite; decent food options around
The hotel kindly upgraded me to a suite which was really spacious. The design is modern and luxurious, but some little hidden bits of imperfections could be seen upon close inspection (hair in the bath room etc.). Overall, a great hotel in the location (relatively far away from city centre), with decent food options around

Very bad experience
The worst staying in hotel for a long time. No internet in the room. No wifi, no cable to connect. Chair was broken. After 20 min request the door man came to fix internet. the connexion worked only 20 min. I ordered taxi ealry morning to go airport. No taxi reserved. I missed my plane. Nothing good in the hotel

次は行かない。
松江の豪華ホテルはすべて行きましたけど、ここはダメです。今後もダメでしょう。まずホテル正面に写真は合成。豪華に見せようとしてますけど中身は3流。田舎だからかスタッフもダメですね。口コミを期待した朝食もダメでした。最終日フロントで2泊分3600元請求されました。WEBで前払いしたといえば110元に値下がり増した。双方ともきっちり印刷されてた。どんな会計になってるんやろか・・。間違ったことに謝罪はなく初めて文句を言いました（なぜ謝罪が無い？）。ようやく謝罪の言葉が聞けました。人の心を動かす、即ち感動される接客を期待しましたが一事が万事、ここは無理です。 レストランもあまり綺麗でない。スタッフ対応も悪し。その他、プール、ハウスキーピングが良好。
