Not up to the expectation of a 5-star hotel. Staff were not friendly; reception did not mention about inclusive breakfast. When asked for direction, said she was not local and don’t know the area. Nice hotel, good breakfast, clean tidy room, only 1 non-news channel in English. WiFi annoying as you constantly have to keep logging in. Taxi’s are not easy to get, can be long wait.
