Good sized room, service could be better.
The room in the hotel was very nice a spacious and the facilities were generally good. One pet hate was the toiletries on the bathroom. Those small individual bottles arenā€™t overly eco friendly and were never enough for the couple of showers we took each day. The room had a balcony but the hotel restricts access which feels pointless. Our experience of reception when we checked in wasnā€™t that great. We are a gay couple and when reception queried the one bed and we confirmed it was ok, staff were clearly gossiping in Chinese about that. Not a great feeling. My other criticism was the WiFi which we could not log onto. We did try to get help from reception with no resolution.

location of the hotel is great. breakfast choices are plenty. staff friendly. afternoon complimentary social tea time is a plus! room is a bit small with very small window that is not visible from the bedroom.
