"This is the 2nd time we stayed at Cottonwood Hollow. We love that we feel we are in the middle of nowhere and yet the Bucknell campus is less than 2 miles away! The property is spotless and the double height windows allow for easy wildlife viewing. It has all the comforts of home away form home!"

"We spent two nights to enjoy a full day in the state forests. The cabin was very clean. It's exactly as pictured. A small space with a couple beds and a table. The showers are a 2-3 minute walk from the cabin, or a shorter drive. The check-in/check-out process was very easy."

"We stayed in a cabin so my comments only apply to our experience there., The property is very pretty, there is a pond or two, a shuffleboard course, a mini golf course and a playground or two. There was a pool but it was closed when we were there (late Sept). The two small issues that I would bring up are 1) the showers seem to be either completely hot or cold but nothing in between and 2) mattresses in the cabins are a bit stiff. Not a problem for us but it may be for others. "

"My sisters and I rented this property as a surprise Mother/Daughter trip for our 82 year old Mom. We loved the rustic farmhouse aesthetics of this house! From the comfy beds, to the cheerful kitchen, and sitting on the deck listening to nature sounds all around us, it was the perfect escape to experience with my mom and sisters. I will definitely be reserving this house in the near future! A great place to stay, disconnect from stresses and reconnect with nature and loved ones!"

"We recently stayed at this adorable cottage while in Mifflinburg for my cousin's wedding. It was perfect for us, just a half mile away from the wedding venue. The location was just beautiful by the river and we thoroughly enjoyed soaking in the hot tub. Everything was clean and there were neatly printed directions to help us with the coffee pot, trash pickup, hot tub, check out, etc. Communication between us and the host was excellent. Mary always got back to me immediately if I had any...
