"Lil Salty is the perfect beach house to really have a relaxing and fun beach vacation! The views are beautiful and really add to the enjoyment of the stay since you can constantly see the ocean. We loved ending our day on the beach just relaxing on the couch and watching the huge screen TV. The host couldn’t be any nicer or accommodating ! We will be back soon!"

"We loved this cottage, perfect size for 2 adults and a dog. Cottage has 2 bedrooms, both with smart TV’s. A well appointed kitchen with full size appliances, perfect for cooking any meals. We spent a lot of time sitting on the front porch, listening to the ocean waves breaking and enjoying the refreshing breeze. Took advantage of the fire pit in the evenings. "My friend, her dog, and I enjoyed our five-day stay at Beachy Keen very much. The home is small and cozy but more than ample for our December visit, providing a quiet place to read, cook, and do crafts. We enjoyed the decorated Christmas tree in the living room and all the amenities. The house is ideally situated in a residential neighborhood, perfect for walks to see holiday decorations, go to restaurants, and walk at the beach.
