"Incredible experience with a wonderful team. Manager Boniface assisted with every request with humor, grace and efficiency. Lawrence and the dining crew knew all our names, preferences and helped us with whatever we needed. The safari guides were stellar and knew all the wildlife and got us access to wherever we wanted to go. A wonderful experience!!"

"The Sarova Corp and Expedia, Posted that we had to pay $140 US upon arrival by credit card, NOT CASH. At the gate to the Park, we were told that we had to pay $140 per day in cash for our stay at hotel in Park. Including day of our arrival after Park hours! We had no US dollars in cash, so they let us go to hotel to get money. The Shaba lodge had no dollars and could not give cash of any kind for credit card withdraw.
