"Very clean"

"I recently stayed there with family in March 2025. This hotel is very close (walkable) to Yale New Haven Hospital, and so we stayed there while my father endured a challenging hospital stay. This was a difficult time for us as a family, and every member of the hotel staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and hassle free. Each and every one we encountered was professional, helpful, and kind. We are so grateful and wanted to acknowledge the excellence of this hotel and its staff!"

"Property was clean and easy to park. There are plenty of shopping and dining options within a few miles. No frills, in terms of pool/hot tub- but great price and modern, clean rooms with kitchenettes. Pet friendly- which was worrisome when we heard dogs barking when we checked in, but didn’t hear a peep at nighttime (thankfully!)! We were happy with our stay."
