"I hate writing negative reviews but I want others to know issues they would run into if they stay at this property. They charge $50 per guest per day if anyone visits, which is not listed anywhere. The pool is not clean and very murky, the grill was dirty it was unusable, there is no railing on the stairs, the second bathroom is unusable so it should list as 1.5 baths, two of the beds are very used uncomfortable futons, the AC does not keep up on a warm day, and they didn’t notify us of the...

"This is a perfect location for a Husker weekend in the Haymarket area. Very nice apartment and easy to walk to everything downtown. Only negatives were there was a lot of street noise at night and the beds are not the most comfortable. Other than that, it’s an exceptional value for the location and very easy check in and out process. Would definitely stay again."
