They thought of everything and made it comfortable with all the supplies and different seating and relaxing areas. And an excellent location , a short walk to Medina Square. ."

"The house served us well to rest after day trips to Medina, Cleveland, and the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. We found some awesome farm to table restaurants and farm markets nearby. However, the house's kitchen lacked decent cookware to prepare our finds. There needed to be instructions for the space heaters and fireplace heaters. The master bedroom was chilly and we were unable to start the fireplace heaters to warm up."

"Mr. Fronimo was very pleasant to work with. Overall, the units were nice. The bedrooms are very nice and accommodating. Only 2 items that caught attention. There is a heavy sulfur smell in the tap water. It may be the municipal water is supplied this way. The other is, the outside area behind the units. There is a patio area with 2 large picnic tables that could use attention."

The property was spacious enough to afford each family needed privacy as well as beautifully-decorated gathering places for dinners and conversations. Thoughtful touches such as child locks for cabinets were greatly appreciated. I wanted to take the kitchen home with me. Highly recommended."

"Our overall stay was more than expected. They provide basically everything such as toiletry just in case you forget. They provide coffee for all the coffee lovers. The snow was so beautiful on the lake. A must stay again! "

"The house is very welcoming. If you are looking for wheelchair accessability, ask a lot of question based on your needs. There is a one to two inch lip to get into the home. The doorways are narrow. Very careful maneuvering was needed to get into the bathroom. There's a four or five inch step up and over to get into the shower. . No grab bars at the toilet. "Check in was a breeze and everything was clean and tidy. Alan was easy to get a hold of and made sure We had everything we needed. Perfect little apartment for a Couple or a small Family on a budget. The location was perfect for where We were heading like Amish Country and Downtown Wooster is close by with plenty of restaurants and downtown shopping. Very close to the University for People visiting. I noticed a couple of People were concerned with the noise of traffic but it didn't bother us....
